All one-time credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of verified technical failure that prevented delivery of the purchased service.
Unused credits have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to your subscription credits until then.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time within the current billing period. Credits allocated for the current period remain available until the period ends.
Subscription fees are non-refundable for completed billing periods, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
If a subscription payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry. You will be notified by email. Access to subscription features may be suspended until payment is resolved.
The Studio Team Plan is a monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
If the Team Owner's account is suspended or deleted, no refund is issued for unused shared credits.
