SmartSVG.ai is committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information in accordance with applicable laws, including Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when creating an account, including your email address and login credentials. We also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs to operate and secure the Service.

Payment transactions are processed by Stripe. SmartSVG.ai does not store payment card details.

We use Google Analytics to understand user behavior and improve our Service. Analytics data may include anonymized or aggregated usage information.

We use personal information to provide and operate the Service, manage credits and billing, maintain security, improve performance, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

If you participate in our Referral Program, we collect and store a unique referral code associated with your account, as well as a reference to the user who referred you (if applicable). This information is used solely to attribute and distribute referral rewards. Referral relationships are not shared with third parties. If you are a member of a Studio Team, referral rewards earned through your referrals are credited to your Team Owner's shared credit pool; we retain the association between your referral activity and your account solely for this purpose.

If you use the Studio Team Plan, we collect and store team membership information, including the identity of your Team Owner (if you are a Team Member) or the identities of your Team Members (if you are a Team Owner), solely to manage shared credit allocation and access control within your team.

Generated files and conversion history are retained for up to six (6) months and are automatically deleted thereafter. Account data is retained until account deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information may be processed and stored in jurisdictions outside your country of residence.
